We carry the rollers, hinges, cable, and standard-gauge torsion springs that cover most of what a maintenance visit turns up on a two-car residential door, which handles the majority of what we find on Parkland's newer stock. What we don't carry on the truck is matched insulated replacement panels - those are ordered to the door's specific model and color, and lead time depends on the manufacturer, not on us. If a maintenance check turns up a panel that's warped or a seal that's failed on an insulated door, we'll quote the part and the wait rather than force a mismatch. Opener boards and logic circuits are the other item we generally order rather than stock, since brands and model years vary enough that guessing wrong just means a second trip. For the everyday wear items - the ones that actually show up on a routine maintenance pass - we're equipped to finish the job the same visit.
