Most commercial buildings in Wellington's service footprint were built closer to 1995 than the 1977 median for the wider area, which puts the doors and hardware in a fairly narrow band - steel sectional panels, torsion springs sized for that panel weight, and openers that are either original commercial-duty units or a first-generation replacement. We carry torsion springs and standard rollers sized to that era's common bay widths on the truck. What we don't stock is anything obsolete enough to need a special order - a proprietary opener board from a defunct manufacturer, for instance, can mean a wait while a part gets sourced, and we'll tell you that up front rather than promise a same-visit fix we can't back.
